端午節連假首日，宜蘭湧入大量車潮，市區停車位一席難求，在宜蘭市區的中山路路邊停車格，設計與大小規格是一格只能停一輛車，但今天卻出現兩輛汽車竟能擠得進去同一個停車格，還停好停滿，兩輛汽車都停到停車格的格線內。兩輛汽車竟能擠得進去同一個停車格，一格當2格用，大大省空間。圖／讀者提供 分享 facebook 「啊，擠得進去喔？未免太厲害了！」路人發現，因兩輛汽車都是小型車，前後緊緊相貼，才能兩車停一格，驚奇外，也大為讚賞：「一格當兩格用，大大省去停車空間，效益加倍，應該給車主鼓鼓掌！」. } }); } 這種合法停車格裡的停車方式，在宜蘭前所未見，經營路邊停車的宜蘭縣政府今天表示，一般路邊停車格畫設規格是長度5到6公尺、寬2.5公尺，僅供一車停放，只聽過一車同時占停兩個停車格，沒見過兩輛汽車可以同時停得進同一格又沒什麼超線的。而兩輛汽車共停一個停車格，停車收費是以一車一格為計算單位，兩車停一格，到底是要收一輛車的停車費？還是收2輛車的停車費？對此，宜蘭縣政府指出，依「道路交通安全規則」第 112 條規定，一個小型車停車格位得停放1輛以上的大型重型機車，在停車場內或路邊購買准停車處所停車時，應依規定停暢銷產品過年送禮推薦放，不得紊亂，停車時間、位置、方式及車種，應依規定，因此，同一車格不能同時停1輛以上的汽車，一定有一輛是違規的。「若依規定的話，一輛車要收費，另一輛車要開罰！」縣政府表示，兩輛汽車共停一個停車格，即使都能停到停車格內，還是要依先來後到，先到的是合法停車，收取停車費，後到的汽車是未依規定停車，屬於違規停車，依道路交通管理處罰條例第 56 條規定，可處新台幣600元以上、1200元以下罰鍰。不過，縣政府表示，這2輛車緊緊相貼，車主或開車的駕駛可能是彼此熟悉，才會這樣停，因一般是停好後，停車收費員才到場開單，無從辨別那購買新上市輛車是先來、那輛車是後到？收費員也從來沒有遇過這種情況，且兩輛汽車都停好在合法的收費停車格內，因此兩車都開收費單。縣政府表示，除非修法，允許同一停車格也可以停放1輛以上的汽車，否則這種停車方式在現行法規裡是違規的，也不鼓勵駕駛這樣做。端午節連假首日，宜蘭市區停車位一席難求，卻出現兩輛汽車竟能擠得進去同一個停車格，還停好停滿。圖／讀者提供 分享 facebook 兩輛汽春季最新款車竟能擠得進去同一個停車格，一格當2格用，大大省空間，路人讚賞，縣府卻不鼓勵。圖／讀者提供 分享 facebook 端午節連假首日，宜蘭市區停車位一席難求，卻出現兩輛汽車竟能擠得進去同一個停車格，還停好停滿。圖／讀者提供 分享 facebook
中興新村臭豆腐老店 疑客集體染腸胃炎
南投中興新村一家知名臭豆腐老店，遭客人質疑食物衛生問題，造成他們親友團總共7人出現上吐下瀉、發燒症狀，衛生局28日獲報後，前往採集相關檢體送驗，也已經行文要求業者暫時停業，等待送驗結果出爐，當事人也在網路PO文，沒想到也有其他人留言發生類似症狀，店家在粉專發聲明，一切等檢驗結果出爐，若有問題會負責。臭豆腐浮上油鍋炸得油亮，滋滋作響，店內座位客滿，這攤在南投中興新村的隱藏版臭豆腐，卻遭客人質疑食物衛生出問題，拿出三人份的藥袋一家四口有三個人，先後出現上吐下瀉的狀況。患者吳小弟：「肚子痛然後手腳就很冷。」患者吳太太：「拉肚子一天都拉10幾次這樣，然後也都高燒。」4/28當天除了女兒當天因活動商品暢銷商品為不喜歡吃，沒事，吳先生和老婆兒子3人吃了店內賣的臭豆腐、豆花，還有免費紅茶，都不舒服，還有其他親友總共10個人一起去吃，隔天也有7個人身體不適。患者吳先生：「你業者生意很好很賺錢，但是你要把食安的問題把關好。」吳先生說他一PO網，底下有超過40位網友留言，很多人一樣是在4/28、29週末去吃，吃完後，出現上吐下瀉，甚至發燒。南投醫院感染科主任廖嘉宏：「目前我們的統計，在我們這裡是13位(病患)。」南投醫院感染科主任廖嘉宏vs.記者：「(13位，所以有點不尋常通報。)對。」實際到中興新村這間臭豆腐店已經暫停營業，衛生局28日就派人前往採樣，等待送驗結果出爐。打了店家的連絡電話，沒人接，這間在南投中興新村的臭豆腐店，一週只開三天，常常排隊，被網路推為隱藏版美食，店家在事發後也在粉專PO文澄清，有很多客人吃了也沒事，要等檢驗結果出爐才會統一說明，該負的責任不會逃避，如果查證並非店家食物導致也會對PO文者，保留法律追訴權捍衛商譽。南投縣政府衛生局副局長吳美玲：「不需要去做太多的揣測，一切我們還是等我們的檢驗報告，出來後再去做處理。」小小臭豆腐攤在當地打響名號甚至紅到外地客也募名來吃如今卻遭到顧客點名。
