有關聯準會（Fed）即將降息的臆測紛紛，從過去紀錄來看，押注瑞士法郎最有利。根據摩根大通的統計，在過去四次降息周期中，瑞士省錢達人網路熱銷商品法郎都是表現最好的貨幣。隨著美國公債殖利率大幅下跌，瑞郎已經在走高，可見歷史還可能重演。摩根大通周一上修對瑞士法郎的預測。. } }); } 摩根大通外匯策略師Paul Meggyesi在一份報告中表示，「全球經濟和風險市場的低迷將有可能推動瑞郎大幅、加速走升」。他現在預計瑞士法郎走強至1美元兌0.95瑞郎，以反映聯準會（Fed）政策放鬆的可能性，這將是去年3月以來的最強水平，摩根大通之前的目標為0.98。遠期合約顯示，利率市場預計Fed未來12個月降息約78超人氣商品人氣商品排行榜個基點。美國與中國和其他全球貿易夥伴之間的貿易衝突導致經濟衰退風險上升，投資人紛紛湧向避險貨幣。在過去的一個月裡，瑞郎兌美元上漲了2.2%，表現超過所有其他G-10貨幣。摩根大通表示，瑞士的經常帳順差相當於國內生產毛額的10%，是日本的三倍，使瑞郎成為更強大的避難所。報告稱，在各種貨幣中，日圓是瑞郎在避險地位方面最主要的對手。預計日圓也將吸引尋求規避貿易戰風限量不等人的享好禮險的投資人。但摩根大通表示，在1981年、1989年、2001年和2007年四次主要的寬鬆周期中，Fed首次降息後的12個月內，瑞郎的平均表現好於日圓，另外瑞郎也是美國經濟最近五次衰退中表現最好的三種貨幣之一。可以肯定的是，瑞士央行會考慮放慢瑞郎的升值速度。但摩根大通指出，瑞士央行去年在義大利危機期間沒有任何重大規模的干預。 Meggyesi寫道：「瑞郎現在受瑞士央行的約束比過去十年的大部分時間裡都要低。」瑞士法郎過去1個月已是表現最佳的貨幣，摩根大通預料Fed一旦升息，瑞士法郎漲相最佳。圖／擷自彭博 分享 faceb商品ook


 皮蛇藥 給付條件可望放寬

帶狀犂疹俗稱「皮蛇」，會引發劇烈疼痛，因健保給付規定嚴格，多數病患只能自費數百至數千元用藥。健保署  27日指出，之後將提案擬放寬給付條件，最快今年  10月上路，屆時每年預估可嘉惠  25萬名患者。
健保署表示，全台目前感染帶狀犂疹約有  25萬人，但現行健保規定只限免疫力低下，或者侵犯到三叉神經或眼角膜等部位較嚴重的患者才有給付，給付人數約  6萬人，剩下超過  7成的病患只能自費買藥。
目前民眾若自費用藥，學名藥  1顆藥約  6元，  1天吃  4顆，  10天療程下來，藥費  240元；如果吃較高價原廠藥，  7天療程約  1600元。
健保署  6月召開藥物共擬會議討論此案時，有部分與會專家反對放寬，認為若全面給付皮蛇藥物，每年恐增加  1億多元藥費；建議先納入弱勢、具共病等特殊族群，其餘有待進一步分析年齡層及危險族群後，再討論是否放寬給付。
然而，在考量犂疹病人後續恐發生犂疹後神經痛，可能引起嚴重慢性疼痛，健保署說，預計下月再度開會討論；若通過給付，最快  10月即可正式納入健保給付。
至於該如何放寬，健保署說，如果僅放寬學名藥則每年新增藥費支出約  1.3億元，若加上高價原廠藥則約  3億元，將視委員意見。待討論定案後，預估全台每年約有  25萬名患者受惠。
